How it works

1 · Upload

Drop in the PDF from any lab

Medichecks, Manual, Randox, your GP, a private clinic. The values and units are read out for you and checked against the reference range on the report. You can also type a test in by hand.

2 · Log

Record what you were taking

A log is one phase of your protocol: a starting dose, a change, a new medication. Doses, side effects, weight and blood pressure, all dated. Each blood test links to the log it was taken during.

3 · Look back

See every number in context

Trends across tests, side by side comparisons, and Discuss, where you can ask about your own history. It describes what the data shows and leaves the decisions to you and your clinician.

Insights Written by AI

Total and free testosterone have more than doubled since the last test after the switch to daily injections. Oestradiol is within range and SHBG remains low.

TrendTestosterone up on daily injections
Testosterone168 nmol/LHigh
Free testosterone7.03 nmol/LHigh

Both have more than doubled since the previous test, which lines up with the move to daily injections logged on day 46.

Looking goodOestradiol held within range
Oestradiol132 pmol/LOptimal

Slightly lower than last time despite the rise in testosterone, after the aromatase inhibitor dose was adjusted on day 46.

What's in it

Any lab, any units

PDF upload from any provider. SI and conventional units, converted for you. Nearly 80 biomarkers with reference ranges, including the ones that matter on TRT: total and free testosterone, oestradiol, SHBG, prolactin, haematocrit, lipids, liver and kidney panels.

Protocol log

Each phase of your protocol as its own log, following on from the last. Medication starts, stops and dose changes; side effects; vitals. Your current protocol is always one glance away.

Trends and compare

Every biomarker charted over time with the reference range drawn in. Put two or more tests next to each other and see exactly what moved.

Inventory

Keep count of what you have on hand. Your current log works out how fast you're getting through it and when to reorder.

Discuss

Chat with an AI that can read your results and your log. Ask why a number moved, what the pattern across tests looks like, or what a marker measures. Anything decision-shaped gets pointed at your clinician, not answered.

Sharing

Send a result or a whole log to a coach or doctor with a time-limited link, with a password if you want one. They see a clean report, not your account.

Print and export

Every result and log prints as a proper report. Export a test as JSON to use with whatever else you like.

Connect other tools

Your account can be read by other apps and assistants you authorise, so your history goes with you.

Privacy

We don't know who you are. There is no name, email or phone number on an account. You pick a username and a password and that is the whole record.

Payments stay with Stripe. Pro is sold through Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record, which is the name you will see on the receipt and your card statement. Stripe holds what it needs to take the payment and send a receipt. Your AndrogenAI account stores only the date your access ends.

Discuss runs on Google's models. Your results and log are sent to Google's Gemini models to answer your questions and read PDFs, without anything that identifies you. Using the service means accepting Google's AI terms for that processing.

The full privacy policy and terms of service say the same thing at greater length.

Not medical advice

AndrogenAI is a record of your own blood work and protocols, for your own information and education. It stores and displays what your lab reported and what you logged.

Nothing here, including anything Discuss writes, is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for a clinician who can see the whole picture. Reference ranges come from your lab report and vary between labs. Talk to your healthcare provider before changing anything about your protocol.
